Mr Francis Yuen, Managing Director
Mr Yuen is a well known corporate services professional. He is the co-author of a textbook for professional company secretaries in Hong Kong, the one of its kind. Prior to forming the Union Group, he was a director of the listed companies of the South China Group engaging in securities and commodities brokerage, finance, manufacturing, media and investments.

Mr Clarence Chan, Director and Chief Information Officer
Mr Chan has been involved in senior management and consultation roles in IT. During his 16 years of experience in IT, he led teams of different developers in both Hong Kong and the PRC on large scale ERP projects, IT strategic planning, operation consultation in both commercial and finance sectors, which all met the standards and requirements of major listed companies.

Miss Phyllis Leung, Vice President
Miss Leung has over 20 years of extensive experience in the share registration requirements for listed companies in Hong Kong and abroad. Prior to joining the Union Group, she was a director of Tricor Investor Services Limited, a registered share registrar.

Mr Alan Chan, Senior Manager
Mr Chan has been with the share registration industry for more than 20 years. He is fully conversant with the technical processing of initial public offerings and other share schemes required by listed companies. Prior to joining the Union Group, he was a senior management member of Standard Registrars Limited.

Mr Paul Whitmore, IT Consultant
Mr Whitmore is an internationally recognized expert in financial systems infrastructures with stock exchange and central bank clients in more than 25 countries in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. In Hong Kong, he has worked on more than 20 projects for the HKMA, HKEx and the SFC. He is the Chairman of Consultancy Associates Limited.

Mr Anthony Tyen, Senior Advisor
Mr Tyen is a professional accountant with over 28 years of experience, qualified in both Hong Kong and China. He also holds an MBA and a Ph.D. with the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Tyen owns his accounting and consulting practice, which was once merged with Grant Thornton International where thereafter he became a partner of the firm. He was also the CEO of Secretaries Limited, a registered share registrar, between 2001 and 2003.

Miss Lusan Hung, Tax Advisor
Miss Hung is at present the proprietor of Higuma Consulting Limited. She has about 20 years of professional experience in tax compliance and advisory and related services in both local as well as international tax. Prior to establishing Higuma, Miss Hung was a partner with a major international accounting firm in Hong Kong.
